Farewell to the Big Apple

Note: this post was written yesterday, but only posted now due to lack of internet access.

Tania and I thoroughly enjoyed our time spent together.  Living the life of a New Yorker was fun for a few days, but not forever.  I love cities, but smaller ones – I am not cut out for the hustle and bustle of New York.  But my time there could not have been better (well, Thursday night’s comedy show could have, but that’s a story for another time).  I loved hearing live musicians both in the subway station and literally on the moving subway.  As a perfect ending to my stay, Andy's younger daughter, my other first cousin, met me for lunch and shopping near Wall Street.  Pictured: Jackie and  I.

On the right is my aunt and uncle's apartment I stayed at.  It has the awning, next to the green flag.
